The property is run down, but clean and friendly staff. I chose it for the free parking and easy access and great location. I would stay there again but it’s not an impressive or fancy place. Serviceable.

The property is a bit old and gloomy. But the room was clean and spacious and well kept. Convenient location, there are several good restaurant right across the street from the hotel. Also a mile away from a target if you are running low on personal care items.

It's a basic hotel that accepts pets for an extra fee. The free breakfast is worth every penny (went elsewhere). I mean, for a reasonably priced hotel, it's fine... the place felt safe and there were some restaurants in walking distance.

Stayed here two nights for CAL University Homecoming Weekend. Hotel grounds are clean and staff were professional. We felt safe staying here. Plenty of parking. Rooms were clean. Hotel provides breakfast but the selection is lacking, no eggs, no apple juice and no pancakes. They had coffee, toast, waffles, cereal, bagels. There are restaurants near. Overall, nice budget hotel, we felt safe and its close drive or bus ride to CAL. Go Bears!!!!

Overall the facility was good. Did get the room service reset the room. Parking was good. When we booked the room website said breakfast was included but when we checked in they informed that breakfast is no longer available without any reason. We were new to the area and there were breakfast places nearby as we did not have the car. Coffee stations were not properly refilled in the morning.
