「The hotel is nice due to central located. However, beyond the hotel control, the neighboring buildings are abandoned and full of graffiti, so no real view of anything from the balcony. The room size was great, didn’t utilize the bar/restaurant. The downfall was the cleanliness in the bathroom and lack of water pressure in the shower. Not sure what the rules are on using bleach to clean, but the shower stall def needs it. Not sure if it was a water pressure issue or actual shower head...

No ice machines on the floors, had to go to the bar to get ice. Also, details said $38 a day for self-parking and was charged $78 a day. Online details had too many discrepancies.」

「I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Check-in time was 4. On a Wednesday, we didn’t get our room until 4:30. I don’t think this unusual though, since on our 2nd day at the hotel, the lobby was full of check in guests at 4:15, waiting for their rooms. The hotel is very large and has 7 floors, with many rooms on each floor. They have a tiny front desk and 2 elevators.
