"Best part was the bed which was super comfortable, got a good night's sleep, however the noise from i71 was pretty loud, right outside the window. Good coffee in the room but not all the outlets worked and not all the lights worked, T'was not inexpensive but good value as it was the only Hotel available under $300 on the night we had to stay in the Cincy area. We arrived at 5:00 p.m. expecting to check in but there were no rooms available so we came back later after 10:00 and the room was available. Did not stay for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and curteous. Would stay again."

"My room had a moisture issue with the hvac system, but I was too tight on time to deal with moving rooms. I’m sure the staff would have. They seemed helpful. Do not pay for parking through Expedia. Total ripoff. There are 2 garages adjacent to the property. One was 12.50. You can valet through the hotel for like $25 I think, and they were present every time I went in and out."

"The room was nice and clean. The building showed signs of its age, but appeared to be maintained. The ice machine on the 14th floor did not work, and it appeared to have not worked for quite some time. The ice machine on the 15th floor worked, but showed its age."

"Convenient location to our venue. Across the street from Cincinnati reds Stadium down the street from Bengals stadium. Location close to the Ohio River. Valet service was great. Check in fast and courteous. In the Room- it appeared to be clean. Coffee/Tea machine was on a shelf sat over 5 feet high and could not be moved lower to where it was plugged in and not able to access plug. I d consider that a safety hazard since it is hot liquid. Shampoo, Condition, and body soap in room. Suggest to bring your own for the scent is not appealing. Balcony was great. Slightly wrapped around to the side since we had a corner room. Roof top bar was a treat. Great view of the city all around. Service as great. Very crowded later that night due to several parties. Expensive breakfast buffet with nothing spectacular about it. And really nothing in the general area for breakfast to go to for choices. Since it’s mainly bars."
