"Hotel is in a great location. The facility itself needs some TLC. Wallpaper is coming off in the rooms and hallways. The beds were the least comfortable I've had in a hotel for a long time. The elevators were infuriating. There were three elevators that were constantly full after taking a very long time to arrive. Overall, it is not as nice as a Westin should be."

The front desk staff was very helpful with anything I needed, which made the stay even more comfortable. The rooms were very clean, and the view is absolutely gorgeous. You should definitely try it—especially the higher floors!"

"Every staff we encountered was so polite and friendly, the hotel was stunning, clean, and smelled absolutely amazing. If you’re asthmatic please note that they do heavily perfume the first floor but it smells as good as Rihanna. Having a key to enter the building provided an extra sense of security, and being able to walk out and around the town was convenient. A lovely 10 minute walk from THE bridge to get to Swale Park. Highly recommend."
