「We rented four rooms, and one had cockroaches. The front desk staff member lacked training at checkout (they didn't know how to print the receipts). The breakfast attendant was excellent, but the ingredients were low-budget. This is the first time I’ve written a negative review for a hotel, especially given the high price. It has a good location, but—like its neighbors—the hotel is in need of renovation.」

「The hotel was very clean, the front desk almost always had a clerk with a smile ready to help in any way. The breakfast area was clean. There was a very nice assortment of hot and cold options that were kept full and clean. The room was clean and the bathroom was stocked with lots of towels and toiletries. And, the neighborhood was safe, and with two nice restaurants within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if ever back in this area.」
