「飯店在偏山區，但離市區不遠算方便，飯店整體很古色古香，房間有的角落會有蜘蛛網及小蜘蛛，但無傷大雅，房間寬敞舒適，服務人員相當親切，唯一缺點是沒有電梯，要搬行李走旋轉木梯是項挑戰，早餐好吃！」

「Reception was very busy and had to queue on most occasions. Receptionists were helpful but needed more than one person on duty at busy times. Room was comfortable and a good size. Bar staff in the Bassey bar went missing for long periods of time on the 23rd April. 」

「It was very exciting staying in a castle. We had the family room which was very quaintly laid out with a single bed in its own part of the small turret, through a stone arch. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was served in a box in our room with loads of choice, and fresh produce in a mini fridge which was lovely. The area is stunning. We took a lovely walk along the path leading directly from the castle, and enjoyed our breakfast overlooking the hill. It is an...

「Ci siamo innamorati di questo posto e ci è dispiaciuto tanto passarci una notte sola! Il pub è molto caratteristico e la camera era accogliente e pulita, con tutti i prodotti necessari e anche qualche coccola in più, molto apprezzata, come cioccolata e biscotti. Menzione d'onore al letto, che era comodissimo. Abbiamo dormito veramente bene! Anche la colazione ottima!!! E' possibile ordinare un piatto a scelta all'interno del loro menu alla carta, estremamente completo, e i piatti erano veramente...

「Could be outstanding but the kitchen lets them down. The location, hotel and staff are wonderful but the food is where the shine falls off. Decent menu but most of the food was bland, lacking taste or overly greasy (fish). Breakfast was wrong both mornings (even with simple request), kitchen needs to read the orders properly.. At the two dinners, both night people on tables around us were commenting on their food.. (which is such a shame for a lovely hotel...」
