「Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

A poca distanza, sul rondò, molteplici fermate di tram e bus. Ma andare in centro a piedi è facile, dopo aver attravsersato il ponte già si è sotto al castello. la struttura è una chiatta, con diverse camerette da 4 letti (2 letti a castello) + bagno. 「I was greeted by Margaret who was so welcoming and helpful. I traveled from the US and it is my first time to Krakow. I stayed one night but wish I had continued my stay here as it is a convenient location to the square and all to see in Krakow. Margaret also held my bag on the last day while I visited area attractions. Highly recommend as the room was clean and spacious enough. Also quiet. There is a rooftop area but it was closed due to weather. You need your room key to operate the elevator...
