I booked on Expedia and the website clearly shows breakfast is included, however the next morning (last week I was there) when I go down to use I am told by front desk clerk (Alex) that they only provide a grab bag due to a license issue. It was a brown paper bag and a bottle of water. I complained and told them this should have been mentioned at check in and Alex was no help, only mentioned that he is only front desk clerk and cannot do anything. I asked for...
