「Stayed here due to numerous 5-Star ratings but now believe they were all false. I’ve never paid $65 a night to squat somewhere but now I can mark that off the bucket list. 「I have never felt more unsafe at a hotel in my life. There were obvious drug deals in the parking lot, people partying outside my window, loud neighbors on all sides all night — the room reeked of cigarette smoke, the light fixtures didn’t work/were falling off the wall, the bathroom door didn’t close because it didn’t fit in the frame, cigarette burns all around the sink, chunks of the bathtub were broken/missing, hair/stains on the sheets, deafeningly loud heater, stained walls, corroded...

「First off, when we got in room. No TV remote. Went to call front desk, no phone in room! Then he came and brought us a remote. But could only watch news. Then getting ready for dinner looking for towels, not any in room and not even a place for them. There was a used bar of soap next to sink..not know who used it. No shampoo, but a used tube of tooth paste. No extra towel paper, again no towels for whirlpool. No coffee pot. They advertise great breakfast 12 cup coffeemaker in lobby with just...

「Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. 」

「Front desk manager likes to shirk responsibility to anyone other than herself. Bathroom door was so warped it wouldn't close. No outlets by the beds worked. Pool was out of service. Won't be back, worst Marriott I've ever stayed in. 」
