「The hotel facilities did not look as pictured. The rooms are extremely dated, they don’t have AC or any temperature control. The property is marketed as a hotel but it looks more like a guest house. Also, the room service started before 8:00am when some of the guests are still sleeping. Food is average. 」

「Cleanish room, couple of spiders but it’s kinda a glamping type situation, the hot water is hot or miss, the lady at the front desk was brash, and they charge to use the hot tub. Not really walking distance to anything which is fine but worth noting in case you are against using a tuk tuk or cab. Bed is hard, the in room safe dint work was frozen even though the batteries were fine. The toilet water rises all the way up and with touch your jewels me. So be ready for it or hover when you flush....

「The place is basic, with a bathroom with very low water pressure, noisy at times, great view of the volcanoes and Lake Atitlan from the terrace, convenient walking distance to the lanchas piers, some good restaurants and tiendas, tourist-oriented shops, and yes, from the Panajachel river paragliding departure and landing facilities.
