「Beautiful oasis just steps from the lively downtown Panajchel. The thermal pool is very relaxing and the waterfall was fun to walk through to cool off. Our room was very large and comfortable with a nice sitting area outside the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire property is very clean and we felt extremely safe.」

「The pools and gardens are lovely as you come into the courtyard off a street lined with lights and colorful hanging basket streamers leading down to the water. I loved the sounds of the school next door. The room was great, staff was friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was the best on this whole trip. It was easy to get a taxi to Panajachel for the public water shuttles around to the other villages. 」

「The hotel facilities did not look as pictured. The rooms are extremely dated, they don’t have AC or any temperature control. The property is marketed as a hotel but it looks more like a guest house. Also, the room service started before 8:00am when some of the guests are still sleeping. Food is average. 」

「Well this place is OLD unkept, and over price for the quality. Staff was very professional. Doors broken, locks not working, walls crack and chipped very bad. Furniture were stained and due to city pest control spray that day there was so many bags all over the room. Which they had time to clean since we arrived at 6:00 pm and pest control was before noon 」
