"Hands down one of the most beautiful hotels I have every stayed at. The grounds are exceptionally well kept, the staff are super helpful and friendly, and the views are one of a kind. The steps to climb are steep but there are many staff available to help you carry your luggage. The room was small but it didn't matter because we much preferred to spend our time exploring the property. The dinner was delicious and we also loved swimming in the lake. "The pools and gardens are lovely as you come into the courtyard off a street lined with lights and colorful hanging basket streamers leading down to the water. I loved the sounds of the school next door. The room was great, staff was friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was the best on this whole trip. It was easy to get a taxi to Panajachel for the public water shuttles around to the other villages. "
