「I’m not sure how this place is rated as high as it is…. It’s terrible. It’s old and run down. The showers look gross and make god awful noises all night where you can’t sleep. Also on Expedia it looks like you get the jacuzzi in the room but that’s not the case. Also, the breakfast was gone by 8am, the milk, coffee, everything. The room keys deactivate themselves randomly. The lady at the front desk was nice but that’s the only pro. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「It was a beautiful property and was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location. Close to dollywood and the pigeon forge transit center. We stayed 4 nights and only suggestion would be to change up breakfast. It was the same every morning. Also, we paid extra through expedia for an upgrade to a deluxe queen room with a mountain view. We got a view of the parking lot and a graveyard. Was disappointed, especially since I did pay extra for the view. Mentioned it to the...
