「While the room was clean, but the door didn’t seal tight. You could see the light from the hallway all around the door. the floors near and in the elevator were really dirty. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was adequate. They had scrambled eggs, sausage,Waffles, and bread items etc… For one night, it was ok. In my opinion, The Newport area seemed a little sketchy.」

「Overall, we were satisfied and very satisfied with breakfast. It was lovely. The beds were clean, lobby clean etc. The only questionable thing was our bathroom wasn’t 100% very usable but only because we had wipes to clean it with…… we’re talking to hairs and dust along the edges of the bathroom and things that make you question the other part. I wouldn’t not stay here again because of it, but it was a bit disappointing.」

「This hotel sits right on the main road and across the street from a busy heliport. The noise is loud and persistent. The pool areas were very nice but the plastic chairs and loungers need a good cleaning. Shade is limited around the outdoor water features. My room was supposed to accomodate four with one king bed and a pull out sofa. Bed was nice. Sofa was not. It is very low to the ground meaning this old lady could not get up and down from it without help. Also, it is just a 2 seater and it is...

「This is our go-to hotel when traveling to Pigeon Forge with our 3 grandchildren, ages 15, 14, 9. The facility is well maintained, totally family friendly and accommodates all age groups. Our check in was easy, Sandra was extremely welcoming, very friendly. The gentleman who brought up our roll away was friendly and even offered to set it up if needed. I failed to get his name but each and every time we're there, he is always friendly and cheerful. Breakfast was plentiful, many options...

「Breakfast was horrible. Yes brought over by woodgrill but to hotel not go there and it was hard no options. Lamp was real dusty and room had a smell and tub had a ring. Front desk not that helpful.」

「Did not use the pool but area looked nice; clean room; staff was very nice and personable; everything was great! My husband and I always stay at this hotel when vacationing there. We really enjoy the balcony where we love to sit and watch the ducks, geese and their families, the evening crane, and the groundhogs! Also, we enjoy listening to the river and the scene surrounding it. I’m sure the fireplace is wonderful to watch but it’s always been warm when there! Oh, and the rate was great! 」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「A very cute and simple motel that is conveniently located away from the busy area but just across the street from the free trolley so it was easily accessible. The weekend breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed sitting and watching the water off of our balcony and all of the fireflies in the evening.」
