"Everything was wonderful, but the room service left a lot to be admired. When your special night for dinner comes up in a paper bag, it truly doesn’t set a great feeling. When your tag line is, luxury beyond your expectations and your room service comes in a paper bag? You can do way better than that."

"I checked in on March 20,2026. When we went to sleep at night, I noticed that there were bed bugs between the mattress sheets and also in the pillow cases. The toilet got clogged by the first time usage. We spent a horrible first night. Next day, we had to wait after 9:00 am for the maintenance staff to show up and fix the toilet. So we left the building for several hours to give them time to take care of things. We came back to find out the toilet was fixed but the room was not cleaned and the bed sheets were not changed. We had to call the staff again and waited for another half an hour in the lobby until they cleaned the room and replaced the bed sheets. Obviously the whole building conditions are deteriorating. Stay away from this hotel even if the price looks reasonable. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. "

"Room was good size. Only one working elevator made traveling between floors very difficult. The bed was not made after the first night of my stay. The furniture in the main lobby had many stains on them. Had to replace my room card twice during my visit. Will not stay at this hotel again."

"Room was clean, just needs some updates with stool running and a door hinge needs replaced. You can tell these used to be rooms to smoke in and you can def hear who has a pet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Gym is tight and always nice to have laundry space. Never got my tp i requested tho. Maintenance was quick to help with tv issues. "
