「With kiddo at UVA The Forum is perfect as far as location. Minutes from her dorm, shopping, grocery store and restaurant. The hotel is beautiful. Our bed was comfy and the room spacious enough. The window in our room was huge with a beautiful view. Best blackout curtain award goes to The Forum! The staff is friendly. We loved seeing dogs coming and going and in the social areas. VERY dog friendly. We will be back. 」

「First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. The lady at front desk is very rude and she said that is the system trasaction and she can do nothing. And nobody I can talk to. I have to...
