Charlevoix Inn & Suites SureStay Collection by Best Western

10/10 Excellent
"The staff members, Jocelyn and Julia, were very helpful from check in to check out. They created an annotated list of restaurants in Charlevoix, and Jocelyn had a phone charge block to lend me throughout our stay. The breakfast attendant, Becky, is a helpful source of cheer, valuable recommendations and local information. The on-staff handyman was another source of good local information. Having coffee, tea, cocoa, and bottles of water available 24/7 was a welcome treat. My only complaint about this clean, quiet, well run hotel is that the toilet in our bathroom was lower than standard height. A grab bar on the wall would have been very convenient. Thank you to all."
