「They change owner from Viaggio to living and things are different, and staff are no helpfull at all, for everything you ask they don't have, like fan or Iron. Been staying there for more then 5 years on different operator, now this new one absolutely not recommended. Breakfast very poor not buffet anymore. Horreble.」

「The property has an excellent location in a relatively safe quiet residential area and at the same time offering walking distance to Colombia mainstream businesses/shopping as well as a short taxi ride to downtown Bogota. This property could use a bit of general investment in basics like door bathrooms which don’t close. Otherwise, great value and great location.」

「Clean room, nice staff and good breakfast options for the price. I don’t know if they have airport shuttle since I used Uber instead. We were 4 guests so I would recommend bigger trash cans in the room and restrooms. Overall a good stay! We stayed 4 days instead of 3 and host connected my reservation so we didn’t have to switch rooms!」

「While the hotel itself has potential, the service from the staff really took away from the experience. They were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to guest needs. Simple requests were met with attitude rather than assistance. If you value warm, attentive service, you might want to look elsewhere.」

「The people here are extremely friendly and it's in a very nice neighborhood. The concierge was there to greet me and help bring my bags to my room. Around the corner there are many restaurants and stores. Very quiet and peaceful」
