The room conditions were ok, clean and equiped with the necessities. The staff was not courteous but transactional. They did not have water bottles available in the room nor the front desk. The gym had the bare minimuns. However, the rooftop terrace seemed nice. Location of the hotel is very good, walking distance from the Park at 93rd and to several restaurants.

The worst Novotel I have stayed at. Stayed at several different Novotels around the world. The people working were very good. But direction and or lack of training from management really showed through out this property.
