The rooms were very clean, and the staff was polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The only drawback was that the hotel does not have elevators. After a long day of walking, climbing the stairs can be exhausting. I would also suggest adding fans to the rooms, as it can get a little muggy at night. In the room where I stayed, I was only able to open two windows, which limited air circulation.

Lovely property but no elevator, a problem for some patrons. Kitchenette could use a small microwave oven. The vinyl flooring in my room needed to be repaired. Excellent staff and on-site restaurant.

The hotel is lovely. Comfortable bed, good breakfast. I wish the property had an elevator as it was difficult to carry luggage up to the fourth floor. The bathroom needs hooks where to hang the towels to dry.

I had a wonderful stay at 5Q House in Bogotá. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a great way to start each day. The location is excellent, with easy access to many of Bogotá’s attractions, restaurants, and shops. I enjoyed my stay so much that I will definitely be returning to 5Q House the next time I visit Bogotá. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and rooms were clean and modern. Only issue I had was really rooms need more ventilation since they don't have air conditioning (city is cold). The area was also nice to walk around.

Communication was awesome. I asked if it was possible to do early check-in and they did it for a fee. It was better than paying for a full extra prior day. I also asked for airport transportation service, and they were quick to respond to my needs. Always asking if there is anything they can assist with and I am grateful for that. Room was clean, didn't have an issue the 5 days I stayed. All staff were friendly. Breakfast was included and I enjoyed the food.
