Staying at this hotel GHL is like being at home. Staff is wonderful, delicious food including amazing breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms, pool, sauna, Turkish bath, gym, are free, sauna has different treatments at very affordable prices. Close to Villa Centro, Llanocentro, and spectacular Primavera Urbana Mall where you can find everything, in other words you need to visit it to realize what I say.

All the staff from the front desk to the housekeeping to the servers in the restaurant we're all very friendly and accommodating but New York State here several times over the last few years and the restaurant is always disorganized. It is good but the servers are just not weather train in how the food is prepared. I ordered same plate two different times and it was completely different

I had a good stay overall. However, I was staying in a junior suite and was less than satisfied with the cleanliness. The bathtub had mold in several parts of it. In addition, one morning while showering, my water turned brown. It was really disgusting, and I didn't receive much of an apology nor an explanation about what it was. They didn't send someone when I called, so I had to shower in a friend's room since I had to leave by a certain time. It would be nice to have the pool open until later than 9:00. The pool is really nice though and the view is lovely from that floor. The breakfast was good and convenient.
