"Room was clean, just a really strong cleanser smell throughout the stay. The room was all remodeled and clean. Bed seemed clean. The only thing was the floor felt a little gritty and alot of stray hairs, maybe due to the mop. AC was great, mini fridge was great, tv and vanity were great. Liked the security doors and easy access. Close to the donut shop. Affordable and served its purpose. great stay. Was hoping to get the room with the mini kitchen, but maybe I mis read when booking so be sure to book the appropriate room. "

"The kitchen has nothing in it. Not a cup, dish, fork or spoon. Absolutely nothing is included."

"Pictures made hotel look nice. When visited in person it looked different. Elevator smelled like marijuana. Would not stay again with my family. "

"Rooms here are always nice: comfortable beds, good space for working or relaxing, bathrooms with spacious showers. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. A few downsides were: pool was very cold, room was hot (apparently the a/c can't be turned below 68°) and the parking on site is no longer free. All this and the higher rates for the time of year made it a less desirable experience than my first time staying here."

"Disappointing check in process. Desk clerk took too much time with each customer resulting in very slow line movement. Also, the property levies and "incidentals" charge unless you protest and refuse."

"This hotel was amazing. The staff was great. It was beautiful and the view from the hotel is amazing. There’s this grand mirror in the lobby that just gives bougie will definitely be staying there again and there’s free parking and it just gives luxurious."
