"Everything was clean and ready"

"Property charges an early check in fee $40 after 12pm and $75 before 11pm, down star if fairly nice but mainly a lipstick on a pig once you get into your room, had a flickering light in mine with a pretty disappointing view overall not worth $200 a night."

"I would definitely come back. It's a small-ish hotel in the heart of the LA Live district. The lobby is modest, but the second floor outdoor patio is great. It's a good size, overlooks Figuero at Olympic (roads), has comfortable seating, and a nice long fountain. The room was tidy, the towels were soft, and the bed and chairs were comfortable."

"Slow internet, one of the car chargers was broken, the other one had a Tesla parked in it over night despite signs saying no Tesla adapters allowed. Staff didn't care. Room was fine, but not great. It has a great location for Burbank area. "

"The hotel was great, but paying 60.00 for parking is wrong. Will not stay here again because of parking."

"Super friendly staff and immaculate cleaning services. Stayed there with my son for 4 nights. Rooftop bar and pool a bonus. Yummy cocktails. Rooms was on the small side, but bed super comfy and we didn’t spend much time in the room. Would happily come back!"

"My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to the way my family was treated. While at the buffet, staff approached us rudely and asked us to get up from our table, saying it was too late, without any courtesy or understanding. The interaction felt disrespectful and left a negative impression on what should have been a pleasant experience. I hope the hotel works on improving customer service, especially in how guests are addressed. The only polite and professional staff member was the lady at the front desk when we checked in. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and I would rather stay at the Sheraton next to it."
