「Cristal from Al provided great customer service. We booked two double beds about five months ago, and unfortunately, somehow, it slipped in the Loews system. When we arrived, we were offered only one bed, a king-size bed with a mattress. Unfortunately, it would not work for us for many health and adult reasons. Anyhow, she immediately helped us out by getting us two normal beds. Thank you so much, Cristal! 」
