「The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are clean and pleasant for a few days stay. The location in route 9 is convenient for Worcester and other locations in central Massachusetts. There was a notice in the bathroom saying housekeeping would be done every other day but we did not get any housekeeping while we were there. We came back to unmade bed and dirty towels. 「Reported the Ceiling fire alarm was flashing way to bright at night when it dark at with curtains drawn. So could not sleep. The fix I discovered was to open the Window Curtains so that the Car Park lights reduced the flashing of the Ceiling light Fire alarm to an acceptable faint flashing light so that I could get to sleep. I reported the issue to the heavy set older lady with silver or gold or stainless steel glasses (poss the Asst Manager?)at the front desk that morning after 10 AM and she...
