「My husband and I loved our stay here. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and it was great to have a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig in the room. Communication from staff was great as well. We were happily surprised at what a cute little town this was. We visited Pelio winery and listened to live music, had a wonderful dinner at Rustica, and a great breakfast at Trailside Cafe the next morning, which was all walking distance from the hotel. 」

Add, the Avila Beach area location is/was a perfect travel balance for our day trips to Santa Barbara and San Simeon, in addition to exploring the Pismo / Avila areas. Reception staff make check in and check out a breeze. Overall, a great stay! 」

「A beautiful place very clean, communication with host was excellent. If you are planning to stay here just a word of advise there is no AC and second the train is very loud expect to be awake by all the way to 10:45. 」
