「Beautiful hotel although front rooms could be extremely noisy from the street action. Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. Rest of our stay was wonderful. Hotel Manager handled my issues with professionalism. 」

We arrived early before check in but he kept us updated when the rooms were going to be ready and helped taking our bags to our rooms. I do wish they had a laundry room. 「Everything was excellent. the atmosphere was great, and the staff was very attentive. It is also close to everything. The only thing I didn't like was that the safe uses a key instead of a code; nobody wants to carry a key around while engaging in activities, as it can easily get lost. Additionally, the bathroom cleaning was very poor; they really need to improve the hygiene in the bathrooms. Aside from that, it is a very good hotel.」
