「Excellent location to spend your days during in Cartagena. From reception by Nathalie to breakfast service by Liz, we have no words to say how helpful and attentive they were. At nighttime we would be greeted by the desk clerk as well. During every hour of day the staff was very helpful and made you feel welcomed. Highly recommend it.」

「The is place is beautiful. It’s located steps away from all the entertainment and restaurants in getsemani and walking distance to the wall city - colonial city. The staff is amazing and very attentive. Everyone treats you like VIP: I will definitely stay here again.」

「Let me start with we could not find this hotel. Our Uber driver couldn’t find it. We had to walk around and Google Maps could not find it. Eventually had to call and get directions. Once we found it, check in went smooth. Location is great right in the center of the walled city. The balcony was nice to sit out and listen to the bands down the street. The breakfast was good. There was a language barrier but we were able to use Google Translate and get everything figured out.」
