"The food was amazing. Fresh and flavorful. Miguel ,Xavier, cant remember other names were amazing. Down fall...Alot of walking. The layout of hotel was very confusing and elevator # made no sense. Females: DO NOT WEAR HEELS. Alot of sand on property, including some restaurants. Bring bug spray. Safe area. Couple resort if you want quiet. Some live action. Beach club was more lively. Lastly music sucked. Does not cater to latin music, reggaton. 1x at pool party heard updated music. "

"The place is brilliant. I think this is the one of the best hotels I have stayed in my life. You will have you own suite with backyard, and I especially like the outdoor shower. However, the location is terrible. It's far away from the center city and taking a taxi is really expensive in Tulum. If you don't mind taking a cab every day back and forth to the tourist resort, go with it for sure. It's like 20 bucks at least for any one-way trip. "

"Property was clean and well kept. Staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood where you can easily walk to restaurants and entertainment. We stayed in the room with the floating bed suspended by rope. I found the space awkward. The bed took up the entire room space. It was no room for luggage, no night stand to place anything. This made for your room to get/look cluttered quickly. Also in the shower area there is no bench or area to place your shower gels or shampoos....

"Mimosa was a nice hostel / hotel in a really convenient location. Our private room was clean, the hosts were friendly and helpful, and the location was very near to cafes, shops, markets, etc… but not on the main road. The pool was down when we were there but it looks like they were fixing it. Also, there was a big storm when we were there. The electricity went out but they came around with candles which was really helpful! "
