「The area outside isn’t glamorous, but when you inside these enormous wooden doors, it’s incredibly impressive how they used fauna to create a truly unique atmosphere. What I REALLY liked was walking a block towards the water and there was an incredibly charming street of endless restaurants and cafe’s which contrasts the main road through town and the hoity toity-ness of the high end hotel scene. It felt super comfortable and I am VERY glad I stayed at this hotel.」

「這是一間非常特別的旅館，阿拉伯風味，裡面裝飾非常獨特乾淨，處處可見旅館主人的細心與品味，我們在私人房間裡游泳泡澡非常享受，大床也很舒適，很適合情人夫妻來此度假，我們這次共訂三個房間，大家都非常喜歡，唯一缺點是剛開始找不到地方，沒有門牌及旅館名稱，進去後像叢林，check in 地方有点簡陋，石子路上有許多螞蟻，我朋友鞋子跑進大螞蟻被咬的很痛，但仍不減我對這環境的喜歡，去市區及瑪雅遺跡都只要十幾分鐘非常便利，推薦來圖盧姆一定不要錯過它」

「Holistica was wonderful. It is not near to walk downtown or the beach area. If you plan to stay there and not venture out it is a great experience. If you want to spend more time in Tulum, you will need to rent a scooter or car.」

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. 」

「Las instalaciones donde se encuentran los apartamentos son fantásticas con un montón de piscinas y áreas para tomar el sol e incluso hacer parrillas. Los apartamentos en si también son cómodos, pero faltarían algunos accesorios más en la cocina como sartenes por ejemplo, y añadiría limpieza en estancias cortas ya que nosotros estuvimos ocho días y no limpiaron,en el apartamento no hay útiles suficientes para limpiar y no merece la pena comprarlos por tanto poco tiempo. 「I would definitely recommend this property. Everything was great. The staff was always kind and helpful. The facility was always clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Our room was always clean when we returned from our activities and smelled so good. We always felt safe and they had staff on duty all night monitoring the facility. The restaurant had the best food we ate on our whole trip. It was absolutely delicious and the waiter was fantastic. There is not one thing I can say negative....

「The property is very nice! It’s located a little off the beaten path so some roads are undeveloped, but it wouldn’t deter me from coming back in the future. Pasqual, the property manager, was welcoming and waited for us to check in at 9pm. Be prepared to hear animal noises at night but overall, it was a pleasant experience!」

「El hotel está muy bien y llevamos a nuestra perra Pitbull y estuvo muy cómoda también, el lugar es completamente pet friendly, incluso la familia fuimos a Xel Ha y mi perrita se quedó todo el día y todo estuvo bien, claro mi perrita ya tiene 9 años y es muy tranquila, se la pasa acostada. 」
