The staff were exceptional very professional and helpful. Looking forward to our trip there! The rooms are very beautiful with amenities. Close to downtown shops, restaurants not far the beach national park. This boutique hotel is in a great neighborhood very peaceful and safe.

This hotel is very charming and quaint, yet updated and modern. It’s a cozy 9 room boutique hotel with wonderful staff service and privacy. The location was great in La Valetta and close to everything to walk to. The rates were very fare, I will definitely stay here again great value!

Great option if you are looking to stay in Tulum center. Parking onsite, convenient to many good restaurants, nice pool and lobby to hang out, and rooms modern and clean with great AC. Hard to beat the price and quality here.

We really enjoyed our stay here. V quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The staff here is amazing here and are v knowledgeable of the city and can help you plan your days. We spent most of our day and night out n about in Tulum and enjoyed coming back to hotel. This is a cozy, quiet place and would recommend if you're looking for that.

Spacious room and very clean. Staff are very friendly and I had great experience here. But it’s kinda far from the main road and hard to catch a cab. The floor is bit thin so you can hear people walking around

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Gem. The road getting to it isn't the best with lots of potholes and limited lighting but the reward of the hotel makes up for this. The rooms very clean and we never felt unsafe at this place. The staff was always willing to help and offer suggestions and advice for places to go and things to see. We could come back in a heartbeat.

The staff at the property were amazing! Romina gave me a ride into town one day and Brenda was also really helpful. They are both amazing women. The hotel itself is so darn cute! They have cute rooms with Edison lights and the pool is great. The road is really pot holey so be prepared for that. My taxi driver called them Tulum cenotes when it rains. It is a little far from town but they have restaurants and shops around there. It's a great place to stay I'd you want quiet. I will definitely book it again if I go back to Tulum!

I must say this hotel was a pleasant surprise!! It is definitely a place to go if you just want to unwind, reset and relax. The staff is extremely accommodating. They made sure that our every need was met. They offered services such as calling for a cab, Ordering breakfast, Readily having scooters and bikes available. The room was clean and smelled extremely fresh. All of the amenities are new. They checked in daily to make sure that all of our needs were being meet. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The setup is like an airbnb, except you have the option for hotel amenities and services. I will absolutely book here again!! The ambiance is very boho, and relaxing at night. It's a beautiful sight!!

Friendly staff, lovely clean room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Hot shower, fridge, coffee and milk frappe with complementary biscuits every day, beach/pool towels. Fresh water available in the lobby with percolated coffee. Kitchen available to use with a microwave, toaster and kettle. We bought our own breakfast but there was a cafe just across the road. Location very good for walking to lots of restaurants. Free cycles available but as we had a car no need to use. We drove to Jaguar park to access the Tulum ruins and used the electric cars to get around. We also went to the Niken beach club (300 pesos pp minimum spend) and a tour to the Biosphere nearby. Great stay, the road to the hotel has got large holes but this is only for about 100 yards so not really a problem if you drive slow.

Little Gen Hotel is truly a little gem. The property is quiet, aesthetic, and has a private & romantic vibe. It is a little paradise amidst the busy streets that surround it. The property has a gate/door and is surrounded by a wall that underscores its safety. Above all, though, the staff was outstanding. All of the attendants were extremely kind, gave us great recommendations for things to do nearby, and were very accommodating to our requests. We visited for our honeymoon, and once they found that out they decorated our room which was also a very kind and personal touch. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at Little Gem while visiting Tulum. Nestor and Romina were incredibly helpful in guiding us toward restaurants within walking distance as well as recommending beach clubs. Super grateful for the gracious hospitality, the clean rooms, and the quiet courtyard.
