"Reception staff were really helpful when we turned up having failed to get into the property we were booked into. We booked through Expedia while at the reception desk after they confirmed that the room (the only room available) could be changed to a twin. As there was no one else available, the reception staff went to make the change themselves. Room was clean and as described with views of lake and mountains."

We had booked 6 nights stay and during check in upgraded our room to lake view with 60$/night which was worth as it gave us stunning view of lake and mountains and we had 2nd floor room which was connected to the lawn garden.. staff is friendly and helpful.
