「This is a small (~8 rooms) boutique hotel near the Istanbul airport and the Black Sea. The staff was amazing. The lady that was present when we checked in really went over the top to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The same can be said of the gentleman present at the front desk in the morning. We were there in the offseason (so maybe the staff is bigger at a different season) and there appears to be just two people working: the front desk person and a chef. That being said, we didn’t...

We were two adults and two young children and the beds were one single bed (small sofa converted to bed) and one king size bed. For one night it was comfortable. Gym on floor -1 was good. 「Most of the staff is good and friendly, but one lady staff at reception seemed to be racism, friendly to others, but not to Asian people. One matress in our room was damaged, too soft, not firm enough, realized this problem after 3 nights sleep wake up with painful back, reported to the hotel and they said they changed the matress while we were out, but still not so comfortable matress. Overall this is a good hotel.」

「The free breakfast was a delicious collection of cheeses, breads, vegetables with a large omelet. The property was clean and spacious. The staff members were very professional and responded graciously to guests from throught the world in multiple languages. The concierge named Odor was particularly helpful accommodating special requests.」

「The shuttle transaction was a little sketchy but it worked itself out. The front desk person was very pleasant and helpful, especially with ordering food late at night. Checking in and out was easy. The room was ok, it smelled of cigarette smoke. I was able to shower and take a short rest before my am flight. The ned was comfy. This inn is good for overnight stay, nothing more. 」
