「Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy a stay at the hotel. After good communications with us prior arrival with regards to the transfer we had booked, that communication stopped on the arrival day. Without a heads up or any apology, we were dropped off at a different hotel by the transfer provider. Telling them that this is the wrong property, we were told by the driver that he was advised by Mariner Fener to drop us off at this hotel. The staff at the hotel Treekos (a sister hotel) explained that...

「Wir waren mit 15 Personen aus drei Familien, darunter Kinder. Die Unterkunft war in einem katastrophalen und unhygienischen Zustand und es herrschte ein extrem unangenehmer Geruch. Wir haben dort deshalb nicht übernachtet und mussten die Nacht im Auto verbringen. Auch der Umgang des Personals war äußerst unangenehm. Die Bilder zeigen den tatsächlichen Zustand leider nicht annähernd so schlimm, wie er vor Ort war. Für Familien absolut nicht geeignet.」

「The hotel is brand new so all the rooms are spotless , we did not have time to check the pool or gym. However the restaurants are not open yet so there is only room service. The room service was ok nothing special. In general they are still working out some kinks and getting fully operational. Also getting to the hotel was somewhat confusing they did have signs but they were not the most obvious for where to exit and where to go. Also no shuttle offered from the hotel is annoying as that...

「Be careful before booking this property. When we got to hotel a little after 12am the host or whatever he was stated there was no room available for us. We don’t know way.」

「Everything was great except the pillows were very uncomfortable and no good blanket. Otherwise it’s a great place to spend quick night. I was treated good and when I couldn’t sleep I came down and they offered me tea and chocolates. It was a nice jesture.」
