"We loved staying at the Hotel Museum. It was a short block from the entrance to the Vatican Museum entrance was a short block away. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast on the covered rooftop terrace, was excellent. Delicious espressos and coffees, eggs, bacon (the best), meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruits, nuts, pastries- a feast. We enjoyed wine and a grocery store dinner on that terrace one night. It was a trip highlight. The room had all that we needed - high ceiling, fresh air. The elevator came in handy, as we stayed on the 3rd floor. We loved Rome and the Hotel Museum."

"The hotel was very clean and well located. Fantastic rooftop terrace for drinks and meals. Staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. We even got an upgrade which was greatly appreciated. Only areas for improvement - check in and out was very slow as only 1 staff member processing everything. Room service inconsistent each day. Otherwise a wonderful stay. Thank you!"

"Soy un viajero experimentado por eso tengo varios puntos de comparación. Dicho esto este Hotel tiene una buena ubicación sin embargo las habitaciones son muy básicas, pequeñas, el aire acondicionado suena muchísimo. Y en mi caso la experiencia en general fue muy mala ya que se fue la electricidad por más de 2 horas y el banco de contadores estaba haciendo mucho ruido cómo si estuviera ocurriendo un fallo mayor. En ese momento temimos por nuestra seguridad y nos fuimos del hotel. En fin estuvimos menos de 3 horas y los gerenciales se negaron a devolvernos el dinero y lo peor fue que nos cobraron cómo si nos hubiéramos estado por las 4 noches. No les recomiendo el hotel a menos que quieran tener una de las peores experiencias de viaje en su vida."
