「I cannot say enough about how much I love this hotel. When we asked to upgrade to a larger room, the front desk made it happen in the middle of the night without hesitation. The property is absolutely beautiful, and everyone was extremely kind and accommodating. John who is at the front desk was exceptional and desreves a promotion. The only issue I'd mention is a design flaw with the showers. The shower floor isn't properly sloped, which means if someone accidentally leaves the drain closed,...
