"Excellent stay. We were in for four days for a funeral. EVERY member of the staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean and updated. The only issue I could complain about was the AC. Old style room unit - for me it is an issue bc I am a light sleeper. This is not a hotel for vacationers, it is more of a business hotel."

"The surrounding area was great...Walking distance from many food outlets....The hotel room was very clean and pleasant smelling. The only complaint i have with this hotel is the staff. The front desk lady was very rude on the phone. She hung up on us seversl times.She was rude during check-in and she failed intentionally to not give us the correct information for the shuttle whrn we called from the airport. We checked-in on a Monday early afternoon 3/16/2026. The front desk lady was not friendly and just had a bad attitude "

"Staff was friendly but other than that the hotel was horrible The room smelled like dirty dog and had roaches After I saw all the roaches (6) I googled the hotel to look at the reviews and saw some people say they had roaches in Their room as well those reviews where a few months old so clearly they are aware and haven’t done anything about it I have video of the roaches "

"Very noisy…people were loud, we could hear through the walls. Slamming and banging noises from 2am on. The room next to us had the tv blasting from 4:15am until we left at 6:20am. No one at the front desk to call for assistance. "
