「The hotel is about 5 mins walk from the Madrid-Puerta De Atocha station, and is just a walking distance to many Madrid tourist spots such as Puerta de Alcala, Royal Palace of Madrid, San Miguel Market….etc. I have had my room upgraded to a corner room, I am happy with this. Restaurants are everywhere around the hotel. Hotel staff are nice and helpful.」

「地點很方便，到每個景點步行方式都不會很遠，門口附近就有city bus可以上下站。床很大很舒服！唯一缺點就是早餐普普，吹風機力道不夠又容易過熱，吹完一次頭髮要分三次。」

「Fantastic hotel with an exceptional location! The hotel staff is extremely attentive and friendly. The room was spacious, modern and overlooked the plaza mayor. Breakfast buffet is in regards of what’s offered worth every single penny! Next time we chose to stay a couple of nights in Madrid, the Pestana Plaza Mayor will be our preferred choice to stay! Only backdraw was that the Sauna should run a lot hotter than it does. 85C+ and not 60-70. Keep up the great work and Hasta la Proxima! :-)」
