We thought they were simply going to give us the keys like the norm but they took their time to teach us how to use the electric applicants; such as the washing machine, dishwasher & stoves etc... which is helpful as the electric applicants vary around the world and without their help, it would have taken us forever to figure it out. 「The entire place was very clean and tidy but the space is little bit small. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat. Other renters were polite and kept clean also to respect each other. It was not noisy. The staff was good. The location of the apartment was convenient, near the Puerto de Toledo station. There's a small market store around the corner to buy food and drinks. We felt safe in the neighborhood to walk at night. I would advise to bring your own carbon monoxide alarm...

「The place was just immaculate. The room was clean. It was easy to access. It was in a very quiet neighborhood. Our stay here for the weekend was great. It is a bit far from the main sites in Madrid but nothing an Uber couldn't handle.」
