Check in fue terrible, estuvimos 1 hora de Reloj para que nos dieran habitación, solo una persona atendiendo y una lentitud que no había visto nunca en ningún Hotel. Por lo demás todo correcto y limpio, pero nos cortó el rollo venir cansados y tener que estar 1 hora esperando en recepción.

Alojamiento muy limpio y tranquilo. La habitación es enorme y disponía de una pequeña cocina con nevera. Lavabo grande. A/C. A 15 min del Parque Warner Madrid. Cerca del hotel hay cafeterías y un centro comercial. Cené una noche en el restaurante del hotel y muy bien. Es fácil encontrar aparcamiento en la calle.

La habitación suite junior por debajo de las expectativas, tenía cocina y no la dejaban usar sin pago extra y eso no aparece cuando haces reserva, y luego coincidió con la feria de la ciudad y hasta las 4 de la mañana con música y mucho ruido que no nos dejó descansar En recepción cuando hablamos sobre el tema del ruido las personas de recepción bastante antipáticas y muy pasotas El aire de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba y hacía 41 grados en la calle Íbamos de paso y hubiera esperado otra cosa
