The room was ok, it was clean and it had a great front view. Bathroom was tiny, but beds were comfortable. The room was extremely noisy, not from outside but from adjacent rooms, you could hear noises all night. Location is great with a 10 min walk to Atocha.

I liked the location. The staff was helpful. The lobby was well maintained. However, our room needed to be updated. Walls needed to be painted. The ceiling had yellow spots and the trash can in the bathroom needed to be replaced. These smalls fixes could improve the reviews.

English I stayed there in October. It's a hotel where they turn off the air conditioning during that time of year, the rooms smell like wet dog, it's more like a motel than a hotel.
