"Every employee I passed smiled at me, held a door, asked how I was, etc. Kiara was so cheerful and happy to get me checked in quickly. The decor was fun. The room was clean. And I got two free drink tokens at check-in! I’d definitely stay there again, and already referred a friend who will be in town soon."

"The staff is polite and ready to fix problems. The hospitality is GREAT, even though unfortunately that can’t be in the context of a beautiful hotel. Hyatt has gone down hill for some years. This is yet another hotel with dirty floors, and no running hot water, well at least not for the many attempts I made. Anyway, at least this location doesn’t have roaches like the other one did.i appreciate the amazing customer service. It’s almost like they know it’s not the greatest but they still show up with good service to try to make up for it. I appreciate that."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly; if I had any complaints it was that parking was a bit expensive at $30 for the night in addition to the room rate, and our TV was annoying, I have tinnitus and have to have the TV on while I sleep but this TV kept auto shutting off every 2 hours and I would of course wake up and have to turn it back on again, so my sleep wasn't very good. BUT I would stay here again."

"We stayed 3 nights -The customer service was excellent- Janise was very friendly and helpful from start to finish! She even gave recommendations for food establishments in the area. We didn’t get to use much of the property amenities but it all looked clean."
