This hotel was a very convenient location and provided excellent staff service. One of the best features was an easily accessed overnight menu and food selection that provided comfort for busy schedules and late travel. The lobby and lounge seating was comfortable, clean, and elegant. Will definitely stay here again.

My only choice of stay when I return back to Charlotte, As a 10 year Navy Veteran they always give me and my companions the greatest courtesy and my room is always Floor 23 or higher. I love the view, I miss Charlotte the Westin brings me back HOME! Rooms always clean and fully stock, sheets, towels and blankets don’t smell dusty like other places!

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Very nice & spacious corner room. Very clean & tidy lobby. Awesome restaurant & bar with outstanding food. Great atmosphere. Only down side very busy hotel, alot of people coming in & out all day.
