The property is amazing and was right across the street from the doctors office i needed to be at. The sofa sleeper was terrible! Everything else was great and i would stay here again but make sure i wouldn’t be the one sleeping on the couch or get a 2 bedroom (wasn’t available for our stay)

Had everything we might need for a stay. Ours was a short stay, but it would have been lovely for a longer stay as well. Host made it known they were there anytime for questions, the check in instructions made the process very easy - providing directions up to the room and everything, kitchen had everything needed for us too cook a nice pre-competition meal. No complaints.

Floors are dirty, bed mattress or bed itself is broken or bend in the middle so me and kids fill roll in the middle on top of each other. Couch is super uncomfortable. You can fell every spring in that mattress. I paid for parking they weren’t able to make it work. So they said they will refund me $30 for inconvenience. And after all I requested $70 back for 7 days of parking that they couldn’t provide. So they refunded me $40. What a joke. So they never gave me $30 for inconvenience, it was for parking I never received. Also customer service is in India and Philippines so they have no idea what you ask them. Worst service I have ever had. Even sink was leaking… and again about the floors… omg. I have to wash them.

Check in process remote, very difficult, the person helping (remote) did not know any thing about the property, and very litter about the process. This is not a hotel. Is a private apartment that has nothing similar to a hotel.
