「Room was spotlessly clean. Bedding smelled fresh, not likre bleach. Check in was quick. Front desk phoned us to see if everything was ok and did we need anything (we've never had this done before) - this was a very nice touch. Breakfast was fine.」

「The woman checking us in was very pleasant, informative and did her best to give us rooms close together. Also the woman looking after the breakfast area was very pleasant as well. Greeting us cheerfully. Efficiently maintaining the food and beverages and clearing the tables.」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Wir haben zwei Nächte im Bayview Wildwood Resort verbracht – mehr hätten wir nicht ausgehalten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal: Alle waren sehr freundlich, besonders beim Essen. Auch die Rezeption war bemüht und gab uns ein anderes Zimmer, nachdem das erste unzumutbar war. Unser erstes Zimmer war winzig und hatte den Charme eines Motels. Da der Zugang über eine Gemeinschaftsveranda erfolgt, kann jeder Passant direkt ins Bett schauen. Privatsphäre gibt es hier nur bei geschlossenen...
