「The front desk staff were not friendly and the room smelled of BO. Will find other arrangements when visiting.」

「I felt very unsafe at this location. My room was towards back of property. When I entered the back door with a sign saying for your safety this door is kept locked at all times. Ironic as the latch was broken off and the door did not latch in any way!! I did get the very helpful housekeeping manager Jennifer to move me to the front of the building closer to the front desk and I bring my own security lock when traveling. I stayed the 1 night but if you’re traveling by yourself I don’t recommend...

「The place was gross! Floor was slippery, like it had never been mopped. There was a cockroach in my room. The shower was filthy.」

「It was ok its wish we could have took out good to the room to eat and the breakfast wasn't that great either wasn't much to fix.」

「Room had a lingering trace of cigarette smoke even when the policy clearly prohibits smoking. No refund was given despite the fact I did not stay there because of the smell of smoke.」

「The room was livable but had several problems. The fridge was frosted to the point of not working. The pool area had a trash can that was full for three days. The staff was friendly enough but when a noise issue was reported their actions was ineffectual.」

We checked out in the middle of the night and went to a hotel instead. The stairs also were easy to trip on as the metal pieces on the edges of them were peeling up... Never coming back here」

「This hotel was very clean and modern. Bed was so comfortable and lovely the black out curtains. Free parking and breakfast was an added bonus. And above all, the staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. 」
