「I don't like that on the website to book the room it says housekeeping but I was told once I was in the room that for housekeeping to come to my room it would be 150.00 and I feel that's wrong and false advertisement, I was under the impression that housekeeping would come to the room everyday and since that's not the case that should be something that should be in the description so your guess won't be confused like I was」

「When booking the pictures made it seem like there was a lot of natural light. Unfortunately our room was very dark. The bathroom was very tiny as well. When stepping into the shower we had to be careful as it dipped down. Otherwise location was perfect. The place did look very nice and it was in a safe location.」

The at desk person opened the door and explained it’s their safety policy. I appreciate it after realizing why, as there can be sketchy people around. I felt safe and comfortable.
