「The only negative was house keeping, they didn’t leave towels or top up any of the tea/coffee/milk in the rooms and they sisnt give you a ticket to get out of the car parks as it was free to park in the adults only royal level 」

「Had a ground floor preferrred club pool view room with large balcony. Nice size room, large tv and good aircon. Mini bar restocked every day free of charge was a nice touch Staff all very friendly, good variety of food at breakfast and dinner and entertainment decent. 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Dont think you could do much better for the money Had a great holiday 」

I purchased a pay on arrival, but I was emailed while at the airport asking for payment , to be told my accommodation will be cancelled if not paid with in 2 hours, this is not good customer service. 」

「Had a lovely stay here with my young daughter and my parents. The staff were friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble - the rooms were kept beautifully clean and there was a good selection of food for both adults and kids. The pool was lovely, if a little on the chilly side in February, and there is a lifeguard on duty from 10am-6pm. The location is great, close to the beach with shops, supermarkets and bike hire nearby. Additional thumbs up for the solar panels and...
