「Clean and beautiful room」

「Julie, your front desk person was fantastic, helpful, patient, kind and I could go on. She was a lifesaver. The day before our stay (6 of us- in 6 different rooms), I learned our reservations (made through a third party) had been cancelled. I did not cancel them and the still showed as reserved and paid for on the third parties website. I contacted this hotel directly and right from the start, Julie was such a great help. 「The staff was super friendly and helpful. It appears to be an older property so the rooms didn’t smell very fresh. We had a room in which the faucet in the bathroom was about to come off the wall and our phone didn’t work for me to call the front desk. We had one. Ight where the wifi wouldn’t connect with our room credentials so just a few things made it difficult. Also walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors on every side of you. 」

「The hotel has a major bed bug problem i have 23 bites on one arm. They bit me on my head kneck and both arms. Dont ever stay here!」

「Room smelled like dirty dog, bugs piled along baseboard and behind the door. Bathroom sink completely cracked in half. Requested a new room and it was better but still below what it should be. The attendant was polite and accommodating. I would definitely tell you to go elsewhere.」

「The price was right and the bed was comfortable, but there were a number of things that did not work. For example, the remote control for the television, the hairdryer and the telephone. Also housekeeping was somewhat lacking, and when I arrived, I saw that there were some leftovers still in the refrigerator from the prior guests.」

「Older building that has had renovation updates. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good parking, breakfast was pretty basic, good value for cost.」
