「First time for us staying at the Even. We were so impressed. Staff was amazing. Grounds were clean, saw staff working to keep things beautiful. Will stay again when needed. We enjoyed the bar, bartender was so nice and friendly.」

「Hotel is conveniently located in the technology corridor. The interior is quite dated. Walking down the hall to my room it was clear there was little to no air circulation, along with very dated carpet wrinkling up. The carpet should be replaced as it poses a trip hazard. Once I got into my room, it was clean although it had a bit of a musty smell and was quite warm, again with no air circulating. Once I turned on the air conditioner it didn't seem quite as muggy, but still not a fan of that old...
