Great property in a great location. The food was great and the kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool. The check-in process with Kelvin was seamless. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

What i liked most was the staff at the hotel. Everyone was smiling and went out of their way to help fulfill all your requests and needs. Zack and all the staff at the restaurant and Starbucks were helpful and friendly and were always smiling. The front dest staff were also very friendly and helpful whenever we asked for anything. The only negative was no fan in the bathroom when taking a shower.
