The staff was friendly. The room wasn't very clean. Breakfast was good and the gym has what I needed. Check in was delayed because our rooms weren't ready. I wish the "kitchen" had some supplies. Staying for a week in a suite and there's nothing available and the mini fridge is MINI - without a freezer. Limits the ability to keep things in the room during our stay.

Room was spotless, staff incredibly courteous. Excellent breakfast! Great fitness center but could use wall mounted TV in front of treadmills. Just a suggestion. Only negative was having the fire alarm go off (staff member burned popcorn) and having to go down 5 flights of stairs. Tough on the knees at our age (60+) We have family in the area we were visiting so we will definitely be back and will stay here. Great area restaurants, shopping, etc.
