「It was awful. They gave us a room that was already occupied and then the front desk lady didn’t seem like she wanted to help us. We were told to wait and then everyone went through the line and she still didn’t seem like she wanted to help. I had to ask her if she was even going to help us. We literally walked into a room that they assigned to us and it was occupied then had to wait over 30 minutes to get help.」
