"Check-in was great. Staff very hospitable. Our room was very nice. I loved the shower. We. were there for the weekend to see the Braves, and visit family so the location worked very well for us. We did have buffet breakfast there on Sunday morning before we left and there was plenty to choose from. All in all, it was a good stay for us."

"Most of the staff were very helpful and thoughtful. I was allowed an early check-in which I was thankful for. The lobby is very spacious and exquisitely furnished for an upscale area like Buckhead. The proximity to everything I was in town for was also a blessing. I had thought breakfast was complimentary, but it wasn’t, I must have missed that when booking. Otherwise, I was happy with the overall service except one encounter where a staff member was impatient and unhelpful, she blamed it on having worked 12 hours straight….that is no excuse but I’ll let the hotel deal with managing the burnout of its staff."
