The walls and ceilings were very thin and could hear water running or flushing above us as well as every footstep of the unit above us the entire night and morning. Facility needs better sound proofing or a stricter curfew policy for noise/activities.

Keeping the New Hotel Shine

Excellent stay. All of the staff was professional and we’re looking out for the guest experience. We ran into someone mopping the floors twice and both times there were very helpful in making sure we didn’t slip. The hotel was clean and well kept. So many times hotels quickly fall off from their new shine but you could tell they’re not letting it happen here. We will be back in a few weeks to see family again and plan on staying here again.

This was my second stay at this great hotel. I feel it's the cleanest ones around and the free breakfast has a larger variety than most places that I have stayed. Both times I've had to call on management for help for a problem that was completely my fault and they were quick to come to the rescue. I will definitely return to this one for my next stay in Canton.

Wonderful stay

Stay was great. Location was convenient. Place was clean and smelled wonderful. Personnel was awesome, especially Melissa and Alexis. It was a late checkin and Melissa was extra helpful upon checkin. If I have to go through Canton again, this is where I would stay.

Suprise. And not in a good way

I booked a two night stay through Hotels.com. The confirmation that I received showed the price for the stay and the notation that a separate fee of $10 was due at the hotel. However, when I checked my credit card statement, I noticed the hotel charged me $40!. I contacted Hotels.com to resolve the issue, but was told that the hotel was not cooperating, and there would be no refund. I feel like I've been robbed and they didn't even use a gun. Don't know if I want to ever stay at a hotel property with such littls integrity.
